JAP specializes in apparel manufacturing, including laser-cut seamless products, bonded shirts, activewear, and private/white-label solutions.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after written acceptance and agreed payment terms.

• Pricing is provided in quotes and may vary depending on materials, design changes, or quantity adjustments.

• Payment terms will be clearly stated in the invoice.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Our MOQ requirements vary depending on the product type and will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

• JAP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, patterns, and branding provided by the client remain their property.

• JAP will not reproduce or use them without written permission.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Cancellations after production begins may incur additional costs.

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, reported within 7 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

JAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
